Same Day Appointments! (970) 522-3304 Patient Portal

Patient Portal

Welcome to the Northeast Colorado Family Medicine Associates Patient Portal. If this is your first time accessing the portal, please read the information section below.

Disclaimer: If this is a true medical emergency, please dial 911 or call your nearest hospital. Please be aware that lab and imaging results are available to you as soon as they enter our system. Your provider may not have had the opportunity to review your results when you access the portal. If you have questions or concerns, please send your provider's nurse or your provider a message from within the portal. Email questions and requests will be answered within 1 business day. If you require urgent assistance after hours or over the weekend, please call our office at (970) 740-3304 to be connected to the on-call physician. By clicking the button below, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand this statement. Thank you for using our portal to access your medical information.

Information About Our Portal

Our portal can be used for a variety of tasks to make accessing your medical information more convenient. We hope you enjoy the convenience of using the portal for the following:

  • Lab results
  • Imaging and X-ray results
  • Summaries of your visits
  • Problem Lists
  • Medication and Allergy lists
  • Notes and recommendations from consulting physicians
  • Simple medical questions and inquiries about results (directed to nurses or providers)
  • Billing questions (email should be directed to Megan Ringlein)

While the portal functions to give you easy access to your health information, it does NOT replace a visit with your provider. Many simple questions can be answered via email, but medical conditions need to be evaluated and treated in person. We cannot diagnose and treat you electronically or over the phone. While technology is great at giving us access to data, it does not replace the patient-provider relationship and it cannot replicate the benefits of a physical exam and traditional office visit.
